#FlashFictionFriday: Talisman (reprise)

Talisman

The evening sun lingers,

Red, golden,

Unwilling to set.

Time seems to stop.

This moment

Will be a talisman,

Hanging in my heart.

Warming me

When winter’s fist is closed.
